jilbd Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player") and jilbd ("Platform") governing your access to and use of the jilbd website at jilbd.org and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games and all associated payment and account management functions. These Terms apply to all players accessing jilbd from Bangladesh and should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using jilbd in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use jilbd. jilbd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of jilbd is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You must confirm that you satisfy all criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jilbd operates a strict 21+ age policy and does not permit any person under 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from jilbd or been identified as a problem gambler by jilbd's responsible gaming procedures.
• You are not accessing jilbd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable in your location.

jilbd will verify eligibility as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Players who cannot verify their eligibility, or who are found to have provided false information during registration, will have their accounts suspended and any withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

To access the full features of jilbd, you must register for a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on jilbd. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and the contact point for account verification and password recovery.
• A secure password of your own choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted under your account.
• Accurate date of birth confirming that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Any additional identity information that jilbd may request as part of the KYC verification process, including government-issued identification documents where required.

jilbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or incomplete registration information has been provided, or where a player has registered more than one account. Any winnings accrued through a fraudulently registered account may be voided.

jilbd processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jilbd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits credited via these methods are typically processed instantly. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within five minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Direct bank transfer to and from major Bangladeshi banks, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer withdrawal processing times may vary.
• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are published in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jilbd may request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending verification.

jilbd does not charge currency conversion fees. All transactions are denominated in BDT. Any fees charged by your bank or payment service provider in connection with your use of jilbd are your own responsibility and are not governed by these Terms.

jilbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the offer terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
• jilbd reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such cancellation or modification does not affect bonuses already validly claimed by a player.
• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose. Attempting to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, matched betting across accounts, or any other manipulative strategy constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• jilbd may offer seasonal promotions tied to sporting events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Victory Day or other Bangladesh-specific events. These promotions will carry their own specific terms which supplement but do not replace these Terms.

Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirement process. They may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.

All bets placed through jilbd's sportsbook are subject to the following rules. Live and pre-match betting markets are provided in real time; once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled except where jilbd exercises its right to void bets in specified circumstances:

• jilbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure or human error. In such cases affected bets will be settled at void and stakes returned.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game are governed by the studio's own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• Slot games, crash games and all RNG-based titles use certified random number generation. Return to Player (RTP) rates for individual titles are disclosed within the game information panel accessible from the game lobby.
• Any suspected use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

jilbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time from within the account settings panel and include:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that you may set and adjust. A reduction in deposit limit takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before it comes into effect.
• Loss limits: caps on the total amount you may lose within a defined period. Loss limits function in the same way as deposit limits with respect to adjustments and cooling-off periods.
• Session time reminders: optional notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play. These are provided as an aid to self-awareness and do not automatically end your session.
• Self-exclusion: a voluntary facility that allows you to suspend your account for a defined period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period jilbd will not permit you to log in or make deposits. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

jilbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, registering multiple accounts, or attempting to exploit bonuses in bad faith.
• jilbd has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or in connection with any illegal activity.
• The player has been identified as being under the minimum age of 21, or has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jilbd.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting any bonus funds subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

jilbd provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilbd makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. jilbd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, data errors, technical failures, or events beyond jilbd's reasonable control including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages and force majeure events.

Under no circumstances shall jilbd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jilbd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilbd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform or via the registered contact details on the player's account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jilbd following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not wish to be bound by revised Terms, you must stop using jilbd and may close your account by contacting support via live chat.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between a player and jilbd, the player should first contact jilbd's customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. jilbd is committed to handling all complaints fairly and in a timely manner. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh for resolution of the dispute.
